Review: Vitamin C Serum

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

A few months ago I got some anti-wrinkle and anti-aging products in my Birchbox and when I shared the picture asking if they were trying to tell me something, one of the classiest girls I’ve ever known told me that it is NEVER to late to worry about your skin’s age. So when I was given the opportunity to receive a free bottle of Vitamin C Serum from La Beaute Pure, I was looking forward to trying the product out.

I received my bottle of serum right away, wrapped carefully in bubble wrap that entertained me for about a half an hour. Since I’ve been really good lately about being consistent with my skin care routine, I used the serum every few days on my face, if you still do have a routine, I suggest you to visit www.nubobeauty.com to find one according to your type of skin.

At first I was worried it would have some sort of weird orangy smell, but the serum was completely scentless (which was great).  It absorbed quickly and required very little with each use. I was pleased that it didn’t dry out my skin or hair (a huge worry since it was the middle of winter) but didn’t make it oily and shiny. You can also try to use Vitamin C  for your hair, in the market many treatments have vitamin C, look for more information on to why choose prp hair restoration to give life back to your hair.

After a few weeks of using the serum, I noticed that my skin looked more balanced in color, and it felt healthier.

The price of the serum is rather steep, but despite the bottle being small it lasts awhile because the product requires only a few drops, which stay for 72 hours.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
